Elon Musk Lays Off Nearly 4,000 Twitter Employees

The world"s richest man, Elon Musk, laid-off nearly 4,000 Twitter employees through email. At Twitter"s New York office, the building was closed for the day and all employee badges were voided, including workers who are still employed by the company. Many of the laid-off workers posted images of their locked company laptops. However, Twitter is not alone. Mass layoffs are happening across the tech world including at Amazon, Google and Facebook.
