Delphi murders arrest: New details on suspect charged in killing of 2 Indiana teen girls

Richard Allen has been arrested for the murders of two Delphi teenagers, 13-year-old Abigail Williams and 14-year-old Liberty German, whose bodies were found near a hiking trail one day after they vanished in February 2017. Police announced at a press conference that Allen was taken into custody on Friday and has now been charged with two counts of first-degree murder.
