Michelle Branch Arrested For Alleged Domestic Assault

Michelle Branch was arrested in Nashville on Thursday for allegedly slapping her husband Patrick Carney. The Breathe singer was arrested around 2 a.m. for a domestic disturbance, spokesperson for the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department told NBC News. The Davidson County Sheriff"s Department tells NBC News that Branch was booked for domestic assault and released on $1,000 bond that same day.
