Lee Zeldin, R-N.Y. Zeldin had questioned Giuliani"s lack of experience â€" he is only 36 years, and was running in his first political race â€" and his commitment to conservatism. The congressman and former state legislator now takes on incumbent Democratic Gov. Kathy Hochul in the fall election. Hochul will be favored in this heavily Democratic state.
