As the Ukraine-Russia war stretches on, a top Ukrainian spy has made a big claim. Amid speculation about Russian President Vladimir Putin"s health, Ukraine"s Major General Kyrylo Budanov has claimed that Putin is suffering from various diseases, including cancer. Budanov is the chief of Ukraine"s military intelligence. He told Sky News, We can confirm that (President Vladimir) Putin is in very bad psychological and physical condition. He is very sick.
