14 Students and 1 Teacher Dead in Texas School Shooting

At least 14 students and one teacher are dead after an elementary school shooting in Texas. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott confirmed an 18-year-old entered the campus of Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, a town about 80 miles west of San Antonio. The governor said he had a handgun, and possibly a rifle. The Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District announced the presence of a shooter at Robb Elementary School on its social media channels just after 1:15 in the afternoon.
