New York Lt. Gov. Brian Benjamin resigns

Gov. Kathy Hochul on Tuesday accepted the resignation of her lieutenant governor, Brian Benjamin, after he was hit with federal bribery and fraud charges. CBS2 political reporter Marcia Kramer says the case is a huge blow to Hochul as she seeks election to a full term.
