A MASSIVE 7.3 earthquake has struck Fukushima nuclear plant and has shaken Tokyo for two minutes triggering a tsunami warning. The Japan Meteorological Agency has released a warning for an over 3ft tsunami on the coasts in Miyagi, and Fukushima. The agency said the quake struck 36 miles below the sea. A high-speed bullet train travelling up to 200 miles per hour derailed amid the massive tremor, according to Japanese officials, as reported by Japanese news agency NHK.
