Heavy snow combined with strong northerly winds are creating dangerous travel conditions in the Billings, MT area. A Winter Storm Warning remains in place for southern Montana until Tuesday morning with up to a foot of snow possible before it"s done. The pattern shift has also brought an intense arctic front down from Canada, dropping temperatures rapidly into the single digits.
