Alicia Cardenas, 44, was among the four people killed Monday night after a person opened fire in several locations in the Denver area. It’s a shock, Cardenas told USA TODAY outside the Sol Tribe tattoo shop on Broadway. Authorities have not released the names of the victims or the shooter, who was killed after a gunfight with police.
