Bryan filmed while father and son confronted the 25-year-old Arbery, and Travis shot the victim with a 12-gauge shotgun, according to the indictment obtained by Lawu0026Crime. At the time of the killing, Gregory McMichael allegedly told police that they believed Arbery was involved in several burglaries in the area.
